How do I get a refund for a Paypal Reader

I just opened a business Paypal account a few weeks ago.  While going through the website I came across a page to order a Paypal reader, so I did. The cost was $30+, which I paid for. A few pages further I found where they would send me one for free. So now I have two readers. I'm trying to find out how to send the other one back or get a refund since I don't need two readers, but there is no place that addresses this issue. I tried filing a dispute even though that didn't really address my issue and was denied. But everything is so automatic. How do I talk to a real person, or find a phone number to call. The chat box was useless.

Then click "Support" and contact that number and hopefully someone can help.
