How do I customize my PayPal button for my donation page

I would like to enhance my donation button option by including the "Purpose" of the donation as well as the option to pay with credit card.

Could some one walk me through this process?

To ensure PayPal account option is enabled so cc and dc payments without paypal accounts is possible:

Go to Account Settings (wheel icon) > My Seller Tools > Website Preferences > Update > PayPal account optional
