I've seen a lot of topics in this forum regarding the issue which I have as well. I've installed this plugin, and so far works fine only if purchase is made from paypal account.
I tried to test it as a guest, and sadly I go that error all the time.
Any advice how can I fix this issue, as I'm struggling a lot to fix it.
I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to make a payment. What plugin have you installed? Are you talking about payments that you're trying to send t others, or are you attempting to test payment to yourself?
