Any idea how to cancel Paypal Virtual Terminal on a business account?

I have searched everywhere - the Paypal instructions given are out of date.

I see this question has been asked before but nobody replied.

It seems to have been made very difficult to find out how to cancel.

Any help greatly appreciated.
