Our non-profit school organization is using PayPal for our Back to School process (donations) and we just received this notice:
"PayPal is withholding (for maximum 7 days) any money above $50,000.00 USD in sales each month based on your current sales performance."
We have been on the phone with PayPal for hours trying to request an increase and we keep getting put on hold. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to overcome this? We need to make an urgent request for an increase. I understand that they also will hold our money for up to three months?
