Hello I just started selling on eBay. I made my first sale but funds were placed on hold. I know that is done because I’m a new seller. My question is what do I do about my buyer. Do I send her the product she ordered?

As long as the payment is in your paypal account then your buyer has paid, any hold is between you and Ebay.
