Limited accounts cannot be closed. If there is a limitation, go to the resolution center to follow the steps to resolve the limitation:
How do I remove a limitation from my account?
Is the funds currently Pending and on hold awaiting to be released into your available balance with proof of delivery and/or customer to confirm receipt of goods? Or is the funds in the available balance but locked up due to the limitation?
Is it a permanent limitation? Where you have to wait 180 days to withdrawal? You can also get the sender to open a dispute and you can issue a refund from within the dispute.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
