I had a payment today from a customer of $ 2000 and my account has gone to limited and I can no longer send or receive money and even make a refund is what if I decide to close my account my client will be refunded or the money will be closed and lost with the account if I close it
Is the funds currently Pending and on hold awaiting to be released into your available balance with proof of delivery and/or customer to confirm receipt of goods? Or is the funds in the available balance but locked up due to the limitation?
Is it a permanent limitation? Where you have to wait 180 days to withdrawal? You can also get the sender to open a dispute and you can issue a refund from within the dispute.
