Vistaprint already has a PayPal check linked to their website templates. How do I set up my checkout cart so that it taxes the entire order and gives one overall shipping fee. Right now it has it as an option to set up a shipping fee and taxes for each item individually which would make my shipping fees too high if they have to pay a separate shipping fee for each item.
