I just created a business account with paypal but cannot connect it to storenvy through their store envy page. i was able to set up my account for billing but not for receiving the payments…any suggestions?
I have the opposite problem, receiving payments worked fine but billing gives me a weird error. Emailed paypal support and they very obviously didn't even read my question. I don't know what to do either 😞
