Guest checkout doesn't seem to be working (looks like a bug somewhere?)

Hi there,

This whole thing seems to have happened recently without me changing anything anywhere... I only realised because, well, orders stopped coming in!

So, the issue my customers are facing is that they don't see the guest checkout option. More specifically they only see the options to Login and to Create Account. I've re-created this in private browsing when I press on any of the paypal buttons on my checkout page (https://phantomangel.rocks/buynowpage.html)

What is strange is that if you press "Create account", you'll be taken to the guest checkout page! So there seems to be a bug somewhere here...

FYI, I have checked my settings in "my selling tools" and "PayPal Account Optional" is ON.
