Hi,
I'm just trying to set up my website to receive payments, and I notice that when I opt to use Guest Checkout and pay by credit card, it doesn't automatically fill in the credit card details in the way that my browsers normally would. Why is that? That's not normal practice, is it?
If I go to a new website, and it asks for a payment, my browsers give me the option of using credit cards I've already got stored. This doesn't seem to be the case with PayPal Guest Checkout, and I see that as a big problem.
If I went to a website, and had to manually enter the credit card details—particularly if I was using my mobile phone or iPad—I would probably walk away and not come back.
Does anyone have any solutions for this?
Many thanks.
