Glitch on completing the PPP loan application with PayPal

I tried to complete the application for a PPP loan with PayPal this morning and the interface keeps stopping at this point (see image). I can't seem to go to the next step "Select Loan Terms". I've tried different browsers and reloading the page. I've received no email saying PayPal has received my application so I don't think it's gone through. Anyone else having trouble with the interface? 

 

I tried calling support and they could offer no help.

I had filled out the first page and the clicked continue and it just seemed to take me back to the beginning. Very Frustrating.

Yes! I'm hoping PayPal corrects this soon. I tried calling and actually did talk to someone but they really have no idea what's going on and why it isn't working.

I can't even get in to see status of loan or anything. can you tell me what link you used? what number did anyone call for help?
