Hi! I have just received my PayyPal Here. When I turn it on it says to wait as it's starting up. This message never goes. I can't move it on or switch it off and eventually the battery runs out. Help!
Have you tried pressing and holding in the blue button (for a few seconds) on top right of the device?This should turn it off.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
