The payment is cancled by the payer three weeks ago, paypal doesn't investigate why but deduct money from my account, filed a ticket but no service people working on it till now!!! Called no live respinse, on line chat no live service, and in addition, paypal deduct money the second time in this week and even the penalty 20 dolloar!!!? Come on, paypal should investigate the issue first before you deduct money from my account, is it right???
