Funds received is different when converting into japanese currency

I have a Japanese business account and have received $260 US  , I am trying to link a bank account to my account for the withdrawal,

but its showing 16000 YEN currency at the time when I am trying to link my account info.

Can someone please tell me what it is different than the amount I have received?
