Funds on hold after receiving shipments

my funds have been on hold for over a week and my customers have received their shipments over 1 day ago. I have a new account and at first it said that it was because i dont have sufficient selling history. I have over $300 that is currently on hold and am really struggling to make ends meet. Any suggestions? I cant call in to get a real person and the robotexter doesnt help at all.
