I have received a payment for $135 and it says completed, however, I have not received funds. Does anyone know why this is happening?

The funds when released will be deposited into your PayPal Account Balance - as this a public community, it's not possible to look at user info like transaction details. You should have a record of the transaction in your account activity - check the status there, also check the balance of your Account to see if it has changed.
