Friends and family payments for non profits

Hello,

I am trying to find out how to set up a Friends and family payments for non profit church.  I was told you tell your payee to use Friend and Family payment and the church would not have to pay any fees.  Is this true? And how do we go by to set up a Friends and Family accounts?
