I made a purchase with this online company on Feb 1, 2020 for $26.40 and it is now May 8, 2020 and I've still not recieved my item. My order was pre Covid-19 so I'm not getting why 4months later I still don't have. I've emailed and gotten correspondence from them and I've stated I just want a refund at this point and they keep saying they are reshipping it out and for me to ANOTHER 4-6 weeks. Now it came out of my bank account with IATpaypal transaction #1007900219860. Can you please refund my money I can send you all emails from these people. I've even submitted to the BBB and the FTC because they are stealing.
