Facing issue in express checkout

Hello to all,

I am facing issue in express checkout when i click on website button to pay into paypal It takes all the information and i get the varification code and then after suddenly it goes to dead end. The new popup window is open. I cant recolonized what process is going on. It suddenly loading and new window will open. Please help me asap.
