I had applied for FIRC but my bank rejected it saying that it doesn’t bear FIRC number which is mandatorily required to close the shipping bill in EDPMS.
Sent several emails to Citi Bank but no response. In the absence of FIRC number, this FIRC is of no use as our bank cannot trace this in EDPMS system and close the case.
Can any one help how to go ahead in this matter please?
