I have an e-commerce site with a PayPal Express Checkout integration that used to allow my users to choose either a credit card payment (via PayPal) or an actual PayPal payment (by logging into PayPal). But just today I noticed that my users get prompted for PayPal login regardless of whether they select 'pay with credit card' or 'pay with PayPal.'
Both options call the URL https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_express-checkout&token=EC-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
It's very possible I missed something, but did something change on PayPal's end recently that would make it no longer accept credit card payments without logging into Paypal?
