Express Checkout API and PayPal Checkout with PSD2, SCA

Hi support team, 

I am using your API Express Checkout (https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/express-checkout/ec-api-flow/) with old version 94.0. 

Now, I want to know if Express Checkout complies SCA.

If not, which integrations does comply with SCA?

For example, Paypal Checkout (https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/?mark=checkout#)

Could your guys please help me to confirm?

Yes, Express Checkout is compliant with all of that, which is one of the advantages of using it.

That said, you're using a very old version of it. You should use the new PayPal Checkout REST APIs.
