Under "Mobile Credit Card Reader Fees" it says PayPal will charge $0.30 per uncaptured authorization " if you do not complete the sale using PayPal Payments Pro".
Is this applicable to all my transactions if using Payments Standard version (not using Payments Pro)? In other words, in addition to the standard $0.30 standard transaction fee I have to pay another $0.30 for a total of $0.60 per transaction just because I'm not signed up for Payments Pro?
