Estimate with Zero quantities

I'm trying to create an estimate showing the quoted price and three delivery options:

1) 24-hour rush: 100% of quote total or manually enter in the amount

2) 48-hour rush; 50% of quote total or manually enter in the amount

3) 72 hour            No extra charge

The customer would then choose which one which would add to the estimated total, however, PayPal won't allow me to enter a zero qty on each line item.

I would also like the option of removing a grand total.
