i have created 2 cases for 2 payments, both for the same supplier, and he is not responding to my messages.
so; i have created 2 cases for them, and paypal mentioned that the case will be closed automatic if iam not escalate the case or resolve it.
i have searched over the internet and paypal help, and i have followed all the steps and didn't find the (Escalation to Paypal)
so please help ASAP please.
