Email tab missing when creating payment buttons

I'm trying to create a payment button to use in an email.  The e-mail tab that used to be next to the website tab is no longer there.  The help function still refers to it.  Any suggestions are appreciated!

If you are creating an item button that has additional options like a text input or drop down selections, the email tab options will not be available.  Email or text link URLs can only support a basic version of the code - no options.
