Hello, I recently sold something on ebay. Buyer wants money back and postage. I sent the postage first and now I have the item back I want to refund the full amount. However, paypal/ebay will not let me send the full amount (because they have already taken account of the postage I refunded). How do I send the full amount - I think ebay don't like asking buyers for email/phone numbers Thanks
