How do I increase the amount on monthly donation to a charity. It's insane this is so difficult to answer. It should be as easy as one click yet I have spent over an hour trying to find a solution without success. Please help!!!
I am sorry to hear that you have had such difficulty doing this. If you have a monthly agreement with a charity then please go to their website or contact them to request that your amount is increased for you.
That's crazy talk! I'm sorry, but as I'm the one sending money I should be able to change the amount easily. Asking the charity to facilitate this is bizarre, can you give me an assurance that someone is working to rectify this? Thanks Sara
