i used to donate using paypal with this recipient but suddenly yesterday it says otherwise. how can i fix this?

I the same issue from ECUADOR.

We tested the paypal button using proxies from PERU and COLOMBIA and they have no issues.

Why can't we donate from ECUADOR?
