Hi, When I use one of our donation buttons, having entered the amount and payment method I get taken to a screen that invites me to tick a box to enable Gift Aid to be claimed on the donation (A UK tax rebate of 25% claimed by the charity). But how is that ticking of the box reported in PayPal? The PayPal account needs to know that the box has been ticked so that they can follow up and claim the tax.
A related question is how the GiftAid screen is generated. I cannot see where that option is selected in the button-creation process. Is it perhaps some kind of default because PayPal knows we are a UK charity? Thanks, Andy
