Does anyone know how to GET a chip/swipe reader?? Lots of info, but no way to order

I have tried a zillion ways to find my way to how to request a chip/swipe reader -- help text, chat robot, info page, even the page with the order numbers, but NO WAY TO ACTUALLY ORDER ONE!! Our event is November 25.  How can I get one?
