Recently I used the Paypal Here App to process credit card transactions for a book table. Even when people wanted to pay with cash or check, I calculated the total with the App and then recorded the payment. That way I could see the totals. But I'm just now wondering if Paypal charged me a fee for this when it didn't actually process a credit card. Does it just record the transaction or does it actually subtract a fee?
