I have been a client with PayPal for over 2 years and I am in the buisness time of the year to ramp up for recruiting and summer sales. I have completed 4 loans and have paid them all on time and have never: been in default, had a negative balance, or never had a charge back. This is frustrating because I use these loans to grow my buisness and now when it is crucial to expand I am completely stuck after applying for 4 loans and completing them as agreed. This is very disheartening. All I get is this error code and the individual said “ Well the algorithm said no “ sorry keep applying. DLGJ0656 Is what I have seen time and time again and there is nothing someone can do to overturn the outcome. Anyone have any suggestions?
