Hi Mad as this sounds, I just tried to take a card payment and it was “processing” for ages. As the customer was in a hurry let them go, just as they went it came up card declined, I tried but I couldn’t find them. I’ve lost £17.00 is there any way of getting it back or is it lost for ever.
