I'm sorry to hear that your PayPal Here reader isn't working. It sounds from the message like this problem would exceed basic troubleshooting steps such as ensuring that your volume is turned up all the way and other steps that ensure that a reader works properly the first time. If the reader is actually damaged, it may be necessary to purchase a new reader.
