Anyone know what this decline code means on working capital?

I would like to know as well, we have a high processing volume and just finished one loan in the last 10 days. Unsuccessful when re-applying - the code was DLGJ0906 and has now changed to DLGJ0908?

Same issue no refunds no disputes in 3 years 100k + sales every year but i am having the same code and error can you guide me or did you ever got the loan ? Any help will be appreciated

Has anyone solved the problem or someone know why this code is there i have been using paypa for over 3 years yearly sales more then 100k in the reports no refunds no hold payments over the call they said it looks perfect jo and apply online but when i do it gives this error and declines the request can anyone guide how to solve this or is there any other way we have sales every month no previous loan no error never had any issue no reports thabk you any help will be appreciated
