Customer shows me they paid me with screenshot, but I haven't received funds.

So I'm sorta new to invoicing with PayPal, but my third invoice I sent out, the customer was having issues paying from the emailed invoice. So I sent him a direct link, and he paid it. No problems. Only I never got an email from PayPal saying that he did. A few days later I ask about it, and he sends me a screenshot, and it says that he paid PAYPAL *(MYCOMPANY) for the correct amount, but PayPal is still showing that it's unpaid, there's no pending transaction, no emails saying money is coming, nothing. And I don't want to be a bother when this guy already paid me. Any ideas what this could be? It's been more than week now.
