Customer checking out as a guest keeps getting form blanked out
We have a PayPal button for check-out and have one customer from Canada who is having an issue checking out as a guest (she doesn't have a PayPal account). We have other customers from Canada who haven't had any issues, although we don't know if they have a PayPal account or checked out as a guest. The issue is that when she gets to the page where she fills out the Guest checkout, she changes the country to Canada, puts in her credit card and billing address and it immediately clears the form back to a blank page for credit details. Weird thing is that when it clears the form, it changes the country to United Kingdom. Any ideas on what the issue is our how to help her get checked out? Thank you!
