Hi, I am unable to link my credit card to my paypal account. The card gets linked but the Rs 2 transaction does not go through. I've tried 3 different cards and yhe results are the same. Need help as I need to transfer funds urgently.
Hello @Vik73 . Whenever you add or edit a card on your PayPal account, our credit card processor will temporarily place a $1.00 USD charge on your account as part of this authorization process. So you have to make sure that you have this amount on your card or equivalent.
