Hello my company is doing a site redesign and is planning on using Paypal Pro to complete onsite transactions and I wanted to know if any one could tell me if there is a limit on the amount that person can purchase via credit card if we use that option?

PayPal limits transactions to $10,000 each. For example, if selling a $20,000 item, the customer would have to make two payments of $10,000 each. No limits on the number of transactions assuming the receiving account is verified and has no other issues like open disputes or claims. (As for the buyers using credit cards, that depends on the credit limit of the owner's card.)
