I remember that with the old Pay Pal interface, I could list all of my sales transactions and then click on one and it would drill down to give me the credit card owner's name. I did this last year when the sales person didn't enter the name on the invoice.
I can't find that feature with the new interface. It tells me the invoice details... last-4 of the card, transaction, signature, etc... but not the name that is stored on the card. Some signatures aren't easy to read.
