Hi,
Can anyone explain this farce? Tried to bypass Paypal and pay direct with credit card. No issue if I am from the USA (which I am not). When I select Ireland or UAE as the drop down menu, I am forced to create a paypal account to pay.
I have Paypal's incompetence and am not willing to use them.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
