Creating a Donation button

Good evening. 

 

I was trying to create a Donation paypal button but everytime I click on the "Make a button" option, it brings me back to the main menu. 

How do I resolve this issue? 

Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
