I organised an event in a hotel for Easter week. Due to Coronavirus the event has been postponed. Some of the participants are demanding a full refund as they are unable to come to the re-scheduled event. We have already paid for the Hotel and aren't able to get any of that money back and so cannot offer refunds, we can only re-schedule the event. Our terms and conditions covered force majeure for this reason. Our participants have opened a PayPal dispute for their refunds, however I cannot give the refund as I simply do not have the money.
What will happen in this case?
