Hi everyone over a month ago we thought our card machine was down as 80% of transactions kept saying declined we ran for sometime just putting the numbers in manually till we hit our limit. We then purchased another machine which may take one transaction. When first connected but then the same things happen. We have tried all kinds of devices there all the same and sadly no contact from PayPal, we have asked often getting a irrelevant message back nothing to do with the issue we have. We are no longer able to use PayPal and working with cash or bank transfer any help would be great.
