Configuring shipping address restrictions in PayPal

Hi Team,

My company uses a 3rd party payment provider to integrate with PayPal for both PayPal Payment & PayPal Express Checkout. We have a requirement of restricting shipping to certain postal codes. For other payment options, we restrict this through our business logic layer. But, for PayPal Express checkout, the user has all freedom with shipping addresses.

I would like to know if there is an option within the PayPal account settings to set any rule to apply such address restrictions.
