Since PayPal stopped thier "switching back" method of downloading completed payments, I cannot import my received payments into MS Accounting 2009. The new file seems to have the info but MS Accounting says "file incompatible" when I try to download. I called PayPal tech support and was told "Switching Back is discontinued. I cannot get you that functionality; no one can" I cannot believe that.... probably an TSR that is in the wrong job!
Does anyone have a work-around?
I do not wish to change payment provider, although the PayPal TSR did not seem to care if I were lost as a customer.
