Chromebook issues

I use PayPal Here and when I log into the App on my Chromebook, only about 25% of the time will the Chromebook connect to the Chip card reader.  I have to go into the Bluetooth settings and remove the card reader from the list and then let the Chromebook re-find it.  This only works about about 25% of the time.  On some logins to PayPal Here, everything works great on the Chromebook.  Any ideas on how to correct this issue so it works 100% of the time?

Hi there. Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm having exactly the same problem but can't find an answer anywhere. Frustrating that PayPal hasn't responded! Cheers.
